Smart chargers let you pick the cheapest hours overnight and will pause/resume automatically to hit your target. If you’re on a time-of-use tariff, set your off-peak window and the charger handles the rest. We’ll show you how to use the app on install day.

- How long does installation take?
- Most home installs take around 2 hours.
- What if my run is longer than 10 m?
- We can do longer runs — it’s £15 per additional metre, priced after a quick photo survey.
- Do I need Wi-Fi where the charger goes?
- Wi-Fi or a reliable mobile signal helps the app features. If signal is poor, we’ll advise options on site.
- Can you set up my app & schedules?
- Yes — we help you pair the charger, create an account, and show you how to schedule off-peak charging.
- Do you handle grants?
- We don’t process grants, but we’ll still provide a clear fixed quote and handle all certification.
